Hybrid recommender combining collaborative filtering (SVD) and content-based similarity. Evaluated with RMSE and Precision@K for personalized luxury product suggestions.
Retail Customer Segmentation
K-Means clustering on luxury retail data with engineered features — annual spending, purchase frequency, recency. Optimized clusters via Elbow Method and Silhouette Score.
Fashion Sales Forecasting
ML pipeline comparing Linear Regression and Random Forest to forecast luxury fashion sales. Evaluated with R² and MAE, visualized actual vs predicted trends.
Retail Analytics SQL Project
Designed a relational retail database with ERD, fact tables, and analytical SQL queries for revenue, customer, and product analysis across channels.
